The Yurok Legal Access Center (YLAC) provides support to Yurok Tribal members and their families with a variety of civil (non-criminal) legal matters.
We offer assistance with completing legal forms for the Yurok Tribal Court and some California Superior Court forms.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Child Custody & Visitation
- Divorce & Legal Separation
- Civil & Domestic Violence Protection Orders
- Evictions
- Name Changes
- Tribal Court Guardianship
- Return of Property
- Money Actions (e.g., Sale of Goods)
- Wills
- Referrals to Community Resources
